8am Our English speaking Tour Coordinator will meet you at your Singapore Hotel and transfer to UNESCO Malacca a Heritage site due to its rich history.
1511 Portuguese Occupation - Catholicism. 1641 Dutch Protestants. 1795 British Anglicans.
Visit St Peter's Church 1710, Stadthuys - Dutch Museum and home of Dutch Governor. St Paul's Hill and A Famosa. After lunch visit iconic Jonkers' Street. Chinese migrants married into the local women and created history. Take a stroll of Jonkers' Street. Check in to hotel. Free and easy. After dinner you may revisit Joinkers' Street on your own. DAY 02 UNESCO Malacca - Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur the capital of Malaysia was a tin mining settlement with Tudor-Moorish styled architecture built by British architects. Visit the iconic Batu Caves and climb 272 steps into the temple of Hindu Deity Lord Subramaniam honored during Thaipusam. Visit the Independent Square where lies the Sultan Abdul Samad Building and the Oldest Mosque the Jamek Mosque. Visit Pewter and Batik for house tour on handcrafted Malaysian Souvenirs. Day 06 Penang Island - Cameron Highlands
After breakfast depart for the Camerons, enroute visit the Orangutan Island - a Rehabilitation, Conservation, Research facility with Veterinary and Nursing services. In house guide will belt out facts about Orangutan. Orangutans are critically endangered and are 97% genetically identical to humans.
Move on to the Camerons with vast Tea Plantations, instrumental in drawing visitors to the highlands. Take photo shoots of the rolling hills. After lunch, visit Butterfly Farm - a secret paradise for butterflies to dance on scented flowers. Vegetable Market - See various vegetables, fruits and flowers grown in the Camerons.
